For every ski service, the system generates a printable A6 tag with a QR code. This allows the shop to label each ski pair, ensuring easy tracking. Once the service is complete, an employee scans the QR code to mark the job as finished, triggering an automated email notification to the customer that their skis are ready for pickup.

Automated Ski Rental Management
At the start of each season, ski rentals are logged in the CRM, including ski, boot, and equipment details. The system keeps track of the rental period and automatically sends reminders when the return date is approaching, helping to minimize overdue returns.
